bdt3 Terms & Conditions

"Platform" refers to bdt3's website, mobile site, and all services under it. "User" or "you" means any person who has created an account on the platform or is using its services. "We", "our", or "bdt3" refers to the entity operating the platform.

• "Bonus Funds" means the amount granted through promotional offers that cannot be withdrawn directly.
• "Wagering" or "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered to make bonus funds eligible for withdrawal.
• "Transaction" means any financial activity — either a deposit or a withdrawal.

2.1 Age & Eligibility

To use bdt3 in Bangladesh, you must be 21 years of age or older. Any government-issued ID is acceptable as proof of minimum age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited; in such cases the account will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, the same IP address, or the same payment method, those accounts will be closed and all benefits will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, address, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be accurate and complete. If any information changes, the user is responsible for updating their profile. Providing false information may result in account closure.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bdt3 is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently supported.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. It is recommended that the payment method used for withdrawal match the one used for the deposit.

3.3 Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, bdt3 reserves the right to verify identity and payment details. Withdrawals may be placed on hold in cases of incomplete or suspicious information.

3.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not supported.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 in bonus giving a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳12,000 gives ৳10,000 in bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Certain game restrictions may apply when using bonus funds — check the applicable terms before accepting a bonus.
• bdt3 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed and the bonus may be cancelled.

4.4 VIP Program

The bdt3 VIP Program has three tiers — Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Higher tiers can be reached through regular play.

5.1 Game Outcomes

All games offered on bdt3 are sourced from world-class game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Ezugi. The outcomes of these games are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG). No manipulation or alteration of results is possible.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Attempting to influence game outcomes using any software or bot.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

5.3 Technical Errors

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable terms before the account is closed.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by bdt3

bdt3 may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• Breach of the minimum age requirement.
• Operating multiple accounts.

This Agreement will be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve any disputes. All legal matters will be handled within the limits of the applicable jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions were prepared in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity in translation, the Bengali version shall prevail.
